Business Technology & Engineering Partner

An engineering partnership starts with a clear scope

For SaaS businesses, product teams and digital agencies considering an India-based development partner: bring the application, integration or workflow you need to move forward. We start by understanding the requirement and defining a practical collaboration scope.

Who this conversation is for

SaaS and product teams

You have a defined application feature, internal workflow or integration to assess alongside your existing product priorities.

Digital agencies

You need to define the development responsibilities, interfaces and handover for a client application or portal.

International businesses

You are evaluating an India-based partner and want clarity about scope, responsibilities and review before committing.

Define the work before the engagement

The starting points below come from our existing application and consulting service areas. We assess technical fit, dependencies and delivery responsibilities before agreeing what to take on.

  • Application and portal development

Map the users, screens, permissions and operational workflow for a business application or portal. Review custom software and applications.
  • API and third-party integration

Identify the systems, data ownership and failure-handling requirements behind an integration. Bring interface documentation and access constraints to the assessment.
  • Technology and process consulting

Clarify architecture choices, workflow gaps and an implementation roadmap. Review technology consulting.
  • Existing application changes

Discuss the codebase, current behaviour and dependencies when assessing an extension or modernisation requirement. The supported scope and any ongoing maintenance terms must be agreed separately.

For a backend or SaaS requirement, include the existing architecture and the boundary you want a partner to own. Technical fit and any team allocation are confirmed after reviewing your existing architecture.

Make collaboration responsibilities explicit

Our current collaboration model is scoped project delivery. Each engagement defines the application or integration work, deliverables and acceptance criteria before development. A useful engagement definition answers who owns the requirement, what will be reviewed and how changes are accepted. Before work starts, agree:

  • The scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and exclusions.
  • Your product owner and the technical decision-makers on each side.
  • Review cadence, communication channels and working-hour overlap.
  • Repository access, deployment responsibility and data-handling requirements.
  • Change requests, handover and documentation expectations.
  • Any maintenance, response windows or support responsibilities.

Capacity, rates, availability and any support terms are confirmed during project scoping. The agreed scope should identify delivery milestones, review responsibilities and any support arrangement.

Review the work in context

Our published implementation accounts concern procurement and engineering operations. They provide workflow context; they are not presented as international SaaS or dedicated-team engagements. For capability detail, review the existing ERP module overviews.

Tell us which technical evidence you need to evaluate a partnership. We can then establish what is relevant and can be shared with permission, rather than substituting unrelated client logos or unverified stack claims.

Start with a requirements discussion

  1. 1. Describe the problem. Share your application context, current systems and the outcome you need.
  2. 2. Identify the boundaries. Discuss integrations, access, ownership, constraints and what needs further investigation.
  3. 3. Agree the next scope. Establish whether an assessment or a defined development scope is appropriate before making delivery commitments.

Partnership questions

Can we discuss a backend or SaaS product requirement?

Yes. Include the application context, interfaces and ownership boundary in your enquiry. Technical fit, scope and capacity need assessment before an engagement is agreed.

Do you offer a dedicated team at a published rate?

Our current offer is scoped project delivery. Describe the application or integration work you need so its deliverables and commercial terms can be discussed.

Can an agency retain its client relationship?

Discuss client communication, ownership, access and handover responsibilities during discovery. No white-label, IP or confidentiality term should be assumed without agreement.

What should we send first?

A short requirements summary, current system list and the main integration or delivery constraint. Do not submit credentials, production data or confidential client documents through the public form.

Tell us what you need to move forward

Describe your application or integration requirement and where your team needs a partner.
