Privacy notice

Last updated 2 November 2026

This notice explains what personal information arjavahub.com collects, why, and who handles it. We keep it short and describe only what the website does today.

Who we are

Arjava Innovation LLP, Regus Tower, Sector 142, Noida, India. For anything in this notice, write to info@arjavahub.com.

What we collect, and why

The enquiry form. Your name, work email, company, where you are based and your message, plus the phone number, type of business and current system if you choose to give them, and your tick confirming we may contact you. We use these only to reply to your enquiry.

Booking a call. If you book through our scheduling widget, Calendly collects the details needed to schedule the call, under Calendly's own privacy notice.

Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we keep what you send so we can reply and follow up.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and which buttons and links are used (for example the contact, phone and WhatsApp links). Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers and receives details such as your approximate location, device and browser. We do not send your name, email address or message to Google Analytics.

Who handles your information

  • Amazon Web Services hosts this website (Mumbai region) and sends your enquiry to us by email using Amazon SES.
  • Google provides the email service where we receive enquiries, and Google Analytics.
  • Calendly handles call bookings.
  • WhatsApp handles messages if you contact us there.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

When you send an enquiry, a copy is kept on our server for up to 30 days in case the email fails, and is then deleted. The email we receive stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@arjavahub.com.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
